What is your “zone of genius”? What brings you joy in your work and more importantly what frustrates you? Who are the people and what are the tools you can use to make sure you’re using your talents the majority of the time, and delegating & outsourcing activities that are holding you back? We talk a lot about taking care of ourselves, but how do we actually DO that effectively?

In this session, Randall and Darcie will walk us through our Working Genius results so we can be more intentional about how we’re spending our precious time - and with whom.

Objectives:

  • Reveal & review natural talents

  • Putting it all into practice
